Two hearts unite today as one,
Entwined with cords unseen.
Love is the thread that binds our lives,
Nothing can come between.
Three cords are woven here today,
We're joined with God above.
United we fore'er will stand
Supported by His love.
We begin today life's journey,
As hand in hand we go,
Encouraged by the hope we share
And the grace God will bestow.
Eternally the vows we pledge
Fall on God's list'ning ear,
And we ask God to bless our home
With His presence ever near.
Now we stand before Him humbled,
Before fam'ly and friends

- I was born in the naval port of Norfolk, Virginia, the daughter of a US Navy Master Chief. With the exception of 1 year living in Boston, Mass.,and two years in Hanau, Germany, I have lived in the historic state of Virginia all my life. I now reside in the beautiful Roanoke Valley. Though raised in a Christian home, I was in my early 20’s before making a commitment of my life to Christ. Since then I have spent many years in full-time ministry. I am currently employed as an accountant with a Christian child care center in Roanoke and also serve as the Office Manager and Scheduling Coordinator for singer and songwriter Mary Rice Hopkins who resides in California.
