The Word now in our flesh indwells,
His agape love to show;
He wants to move and speak through us,
That others His grace might know.
Just what do others think of Him?
Is He loving, kind, and true?
Do they sense how much God loves them
By the way you love them, too?
Do you forgive them when they fail?
Do you show them Christ's mercy?
Do you unselfishly serve them
And show His humility?
The only Christ the world perceives
Is the Christ in you and me;
And if we want to win some soul,
Like Christ we must truly be.

- I was born in the naval port of Norfolk, Virginia, the daughter of a US Navy Master Chief. With the exception of 1 year living in Boston, Mass.,and two years in Hanau, Germany, I have lived in the historic state of Virginia all my life. I now reside in the beautiful Roanoke Valley. Though raised in a Christian home, I was in my early 20’s before making a commitment of my life to Christ. Since then I have spent many years in full-time ministry. I am currently employed as an accountant with a Christian child care center in Roanoke and also serve as the Office Manager and Scheduling Coordinator for singer and songwriter Mary Rice Hopkins who resides in California.
